Below is a list of commonly requested by-laws, please note that some versions of by-laws found on this website may be consolidated.

Municipal By-law Enforcement Officers enforce the Township’s By-laws such as noise, yard maintenance, golf car permitting, parking, fireworks and trailer licensing by proactively patrolling as well as responding to citizen complaints during hours of operation.  

The electronic versions of the by-laws are made available for convenience only. Official copies of most Township by-laws can be requested from the Clerk’s Office by emailing clerk@pelee.ca or calling 519-724-2931.
