Request for Proposal-CAPITAL PROJECT

The Township of Pelee is requesting proposals for general quotes associated with the creation of a public resource room within the existing structure known as the Township Office at 1045 West Shore Road. Award of successful bid is contingent upon the Township of Pelee’s successful application to the Trillium Ontario Capital Fund. Contractors that do not bid at this stage may not be engaged at a later date for this provincially funded work. General scope of work includes installation of accessible ramp, accessible entry door, rehabilitation of interior walls, upgraded flooring, replacement of existing windows electrical works including but not limited to receptacles, switches and indoor / outdoor lighting. Engineered drawings will not be made available unless and until the grant application is successful.
