BY-LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER
The municipality would like to remind everyone that our By-Law Enforcement Officer will be enforcing the Waste Diversion By-Law, the Parking By-Law as well as conducting weed inspections. Fines may be levied for any actions contrary to these by-laws including littering and improper disposal of waste; (i.e.: the public recycle/waste bins located throughout the island are not intended for bags of household or cottage waste, waste should NOT be left outside the gates of the Pelee Waste Transfer Station) as well as wrongful parking, or having noxious weeds on one’s property.
