Scudder Marina

The 2026 boating season at Scudder Marina has begun!

Located in the North Bay, Scudder Marina is a boaters’ sanctuary. It offers all the essentials needed to visit for a day or for an overnight stay with transient slips available. Sit on the dock, relax, and enjoy one of the best locations on the island to view amazing sunsets!

General Information

Scudder Marina is the only marina location found on Pelee Island. Scudder Marina accommodates a great mix of seasonal boaters, overnight transients, and day trippers.

Spring Marina Office Hours: 

Open Wednesday -Sunday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm  Closed Mondays and Tuesdays

General Information:

  • Can accommodate up to 65 ft. vessel
  • 7-9 ft. depth at most docks
  • Serviced docks have 30 amp. service and water (a handful of docks have 50 amp. service)
  • Restrooms accessible 24 hours for transient boaters
  • Picnic tables, BBQ’s and open air gazebo in large shaded yard
  • Boat ramp
  • Pets are welcome
  • Accept Visa, MasterCard, and Debit

In order to ensure you have a safe trip and can be accommodated in the appropriate boat dock, reservations are required.

Day Dockage is first come first serve, when available.  

Always call ahead……….Pelee Island is far away…..but right here.   

2026 Fees and Reservations

2026 Reservations

  • Check-In Time: 1:00 pm
  • Check-Out Time: 12:00 pm
    • Reservation requests can be submitted via email Scudder@pelee.ca or by calling the Scudder Marina @ 519-724-2377 during office hours. 
      • Reservations will NOT be accepted through Facebook. 
    • The following information is required when booking a reservation:
      • Boat Owner name, telephone and email
      • Port of Origin
      • Arrival date and approximate time
      • Departure date 
      • Full boat length (including swim platform)
      • Serviced (water & electricity) or Non-serviced Dock 
      • Boat Type/Model and PCL Number (ex.  ON1234567)
      • Verification of valid insurance  
      • Port or starboard tie-up preference 
    • Reservations are recommended and needed for holiday weekends as we fill up fast!
    • Please contact Marina Supervisor for Group or Club Reservations
  • Boat Ramp Fees
    • $12.72 daily
    • $58.35 weekly
    • $132.61 seasonal
  • Over Night Transient Dockage Fees
    • Transient with Service $2.11 per foot per night
    • Transient Non-Serviced $1.85 per foot per night

  • Day Dockage
    • $23.38 (30 feet & over)
    • $18.03 (under 30 feet)
    • $7.42 (jet ski, up to 10ft)

Dock Map and Marina Layout

The map below will help you choose an appropriate dock based on your service requirement, tie up preference and size of your vessel.   Prior to entering Scudder Marina you are required to hail on VHF Channel 68.  Marina staff will direct you to your assigned dock referencing the layout below.   

Docks are referred to as West (left hand side of map), Centre (middle) and East (right hand side of map) Dock.   Slips are numbered.   Please remember your assigned slip number.

For our American guests, you will need a valid passport. Upon arrival in Canada, the master of the boat must report to the CBSA by calling 1-888-226-7277.  The master of the boat will provide details of the voyage, the passengers and their declaration.

As proof of presentation, masters will be provided with a report number for their records.
