PUBLIC INFORMATION MEETING – DRAIN NO. 4 – NEW MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE

A request for maintenance for the above noted Municipal Drain has been received and reviewed by the Township of Pelee. In order to facilitate the request for maintenance, the Township required a new maintenance schedule under section 76 of the Municipal Drainage Act.
Gerard Rood, P. Eng., Rood Engineering Inc., appointed by the Council of the Township of Pelee under the Drainage Act requested the meeting to be held on November 12 at 1:00 p.m. electronically via Zoom.
This meeting will have a question period following the information session. To participate in this meeting, please provide your contact information (name, address, email and phone) to the Township of Pelee via email kristine.horst@pelee.ca or phone (519) 724-2931 by November 10, 2020 no later than 4:00 pm. If registered, you will be contacted directly by the township with details 24 hours prior to the meeting.
If you are unable to attend the Zoom Meeting, residents can submit comments on the proposed project to the Township by email, fax or mail.
This meeting is to provide landowners with information on the proposed project and allow input in the final engineer’s report. Lands will be assessed for the cost of the work completed in proportion determined by the appointed Engineer.
