Southernmost Canadian Chili Cook-offSouthernmost Canadian Chili Cook-off Now in the 9th year, it is a great community gathering where teams compete for the Official Chili Cup! A great fundraiser for the Heritage Centre; it is drawing competitors from outside our country making Pelee Island Southernmost Canadian Chili Cook-off a truly international event. Register early as space is limited. Cooking starts at 11 am, and tasting begins at 2 pm. Stone & Sky Music & Art SeriesStone & Sky Music & Art Series – Recognized by Canadian Heritage as a nationally significant performing arts presentation tradition, Stone & Sky is an eclectic and growing series of curated artistic events encompassing a Greek Revival Theatre Festival, multi/inter-art concerts, Festiva Regionalista, and a grand finalé performance featuring music, dance, puppets and kites. Showcased in The Quarry, the only natural limestone amphitheatre in Canada, this acoustically superb and matchless environment is festooned with mid-Devonian fossils.
